For hygiene and safety reasons, all returned antler stubs are responsibly disposed of through appropriate waste management processes 🗑️✅ once received.

This means you can exchange with confidence, knowing your dog will always receive fresh, safe antlers — every time. 🦴❤️

Antler Exchange Program 🐾🦴

Sustainable chewing: refresh your dog’s antlers with every subscription. ♻️🐶
When antlers get chewed down and become too small, they can turn into a choking hazard — especially for heavy chewers. ⚠️ Our Antler Exchange Program makes it easy to remove small, unsafe pieces from your home and replace them with fresh antlers in your next subscription shipment. 📦✨

What we accept: ✅
Small, genuinely pre-chewed antler stubs that are now unsafe to chew (for example, pieces your dog can’t hold between their paws 🐾, pieces that could be swallowed whole 🚫, or ends worn down to a short stub around 2–5 cm 📏). Antlers must be clean and dry before sending. 🧼💨

What we don’t accept: ❌
Half-chewed, barely used, or unchewed antlers 🙅♀️; larger pieces that are still safe to chew 🦌; or antlers that are wet, dirty, or contaminated 💧🧪. The exchange is for small/unsafe remnants only. ⚠️🦴

Who can use the exchange: 👤✅
Available to active antler subscribers with at least three previous subscription orders. 📦📦📦

How it works: 🔁
Collect your dog’s small, unsafe antler pieces 🦴, weigh the total amount you’d like to exchange ⚖️, and package them securely 📦🔒. Include your name and order number 🧾, then post them to us before your next subscription dispatch date 🗓️🚚. Return postage is not covered — customers are responsible for the cost of sending back antlers for exchange 💷📮. Returns received after your dispatch date will be applied to the following subscription shipment ⏭️📦.

Your replacement: 🎁
As a thank you for taking part in our Antler Exchange Program, we'll include an extra antler chew in your next subscription order. 🦴✨ Replacements are selected to match your usual subscription size and type, subject to availability. 🐶📦

This helps keep your dog safely supplied with fresh chews while supporting a more sustainable approach to antler chewing. ♻️🐾

Always supervise your dog while chewing. Remove and exchange any piece that becomes too small or sharp ⚠️, provide fresh water 💧, and choose sizes appropriate for your dog’s breed and chewing style 🐕🦴.

Please remember to include your full name and subscription number inside the package so we can easily identify your return. 🧾🐾
