Do I Have to Be Home to Receive My Order?
If you can’t be home, you can nominate (via the courier’s app) to leave the delivery with a neighbour. Please note that you will be responsible for the condition of the items if left unattended.
Ensure all your delivery details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
For raw dog food orders, we recommend being home to ensure the items are placed in the freezer promptly, as they are perishable.

Treaby Yak Chews are made using traditional Himalayan methods from yak milk (with a small amount of cow’s milk), lime juice and a pinch of salt, with natural flavour additions for the pumpkin, blueberry and strawberry varieties. They contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
